Receive Tracking Products from a Purchase Order

There is many different way to add a tracking record to a Tracking Product,

They

  1. Purchases Orders
  2. Receipts
  3. Bills

Receive Tracking Products via a Purchase Order

Create a New Purchase Order

  1. Click on Warehouse Drop down
  2. Click on Purchase Order

Create a Purchase Order

  1. Link to a Existing Supplier
  2. Add a Line
  3. Link to a Tracking Product
  4. Add the Qty
  5. Save and View

Lot or Serial

The Lots and Serial Number Column will indicate if its a tracking field

Receive Stock in a PO Order

Click on Finalise Order to have the ability to receive stock

Click on Receive Stock

Add the Serial or Lot Numbers

  1. Click on the Qty column, this will display the number of Serial Numbers or Lots you will need to fill out

Fill them out

Stock Received

Once the Stock is received, it will display the items in the Lot Or Serial Numbers on the line
